Harold Wesley

Mr. Wesley combines his education and experience in communications, computer science, music, and business to provide a full-service, one-stop law firm catering to the needs of individuals and businesses alike. Whether it is document drafting and review, employee agreements and manuals or if you happen to find yourself accused of a crime he is able to deliver quality representation to help you achieve your goals or reach a favorable resolution.

Mr. Wesley enjoys working with creatives of all types. Art, technology, as well as business creatives. Mr. Wesley can provide all the document writing and review services your business requires. Also, he understands the importance of protecting your ideas, marks, and innovations. Mr. Wesley provides the copyright and trademark research and registration services you need as well as provisional patent drafting to protect your innovations. He prefers to specialize in computer software patents. A creative himself, he keeps his artistic and tech skills sharp by writing for and playing piano in his trio, and is Code School front-end qualified. He is able to communicate effectively with the programmers. He also did server-side work as a web developer for a telecommunications consultant in Birmingham, Alabama, while also playing for churches and writing for bands before law school.

In addition to working with individuals and for-profit organizations, Mr. Wesley utilizes skills honed during his clinical experience to help not-for-profit organizations achieve their goals. He particularly enjoys working in an advocate role. He is able to clearly and succinctly explain complex platforms to political leaders, business leaders, and laypeople alike.

He did his time at the Public Defender’s Office like everybody else. He considers it a privilege to provide quality criminal defense representation to Florida’s population who may not otherwise have access to it. However, he is willing to consider cases from those who are in need of defense work and also are able to pay.
